The Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) has condemned the title of actress Ini Edo's new film 'A Very Dirty Christmas title

In a statement issued on Tuesday, CAN President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, said Christmas is a sacred period commemorating the birth of Jesus Christ and should not be portrayed in a manner that undermines its spiritual meaning.

The Christian Association of Nigeria condemned Ini Edo's film title, A Very Dirty Christmas, for disrespecting Christmas' sacred meaning and urged a title rethink.
