Hombale Films has announced that Hanuman Ansh will release in Telugu on October 9. The update formalises a revised plan after uncertainty over the film's earlier September 18 rollout.

Producer Anupriya Nagar has said the Hanuman Ansh sequel will be made on a budget similar to the first film unless the story demands more. She said authenticity matters more than bigger spending and warned against unnecessary VFX or AI.

Anupriya clarified that the first film was made for less than Rs 2 crore
