Justin Baldoni's lawyer is speaking out amid the actor's drama with It Ends With Us costar Blake Lively. Confirming that Baldoni, 40, "absolutely" has plans to countersue Lively, 37, attorney Bryan Freedman told NBC News' Liz Kreutz in a new interview that Baldoni had no intentions of coordinating a smear campaign against the actress despite her allegations otherwise. "One hundred percent no," Freedman claimed. "Justin Baldoni, from the get-go, said, ‘I don't want to do anything negative toward her. I don't want to hurt her.'"
