Donald Trump Supporters Strongly Condemn POTUS For 'Heartless' Post On Rob Reiner's Murder: 'Take It Down!!'

Republicans are not happy with how Donald Trump reacted to the tragic death of Rob Reiner and Michele Singer Reiner.

In case you didn’t see, the President left an awful, incredibly insensitive message on Truth Social regarding the murders of the director and his wife. He suggested in his post that the reason they were killed was because “he caused others through his massive, unyielding, and incurable affliction with a mind crippling disease known as TRUMP DERANGEMENT SYNDROME”. Absolutely unhinged and classless! But sadly, not surprising, either…

And this is coming from the same guy who wanted Jimmy Kimmel cancelled after commenting on Charlie Kirk‘s murder! Yep, the hypocrisy is ripe here.

Trump’s message was so uncalled for, though, even his own party are calling him out for the insanity! Both leaders AND voters!

On Truth Social, Republican Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene reminded everyone that this is NOT a political agenda:

“Rob Reiner and his wife were tragically killed at the hands of their own son, who reportedly had drug addiction and other issues, and their remaining children are left in serious mourning and heartbreak. This is a family tragedy, not about politics or political enemies. Many families deal with a family member with drug addiction and mental health issues. It’s incredibly difficult and should be met with empathy especially when it ends in murder.”

Meanwhile, Thomas Massie, another Republican rep, made his own post. And he totally slammed the GOP:

“Regardless of how you felt about Rob Reiner, this is inappropriate and disrespectful discourse about a man who was just brutally murdered. I guess my elected GOP colleagues, the VP, and White House staff will just ignore it because they’re afraid. I challenge anyone to defend it.”

Other Republicans and self-admitted Trump supporters also bashed the president, writing underneath his original post:

“Terrible post and I am a big Trump supporter. Take it down!!”

“I respect you so much, but this was heartless and uncalled for.”

“You could have just said RIP. Love you Mr. President, but none of the other stuff was needed. It’s very sad that we are living in the world we live in right now.”

“Come on, Mr. President! Not an appropriate thing to write!”

“Please take that down it’s beneath you”

Some very understandable reactions from all sides! A man and his wife were just senselessly murdered. It has nothing to do with political battles. Ugh.

Our heart continues to be with Rob and Michele’s loved ones. May they rest in peace.
