How to immortalise Edwin Clark, by Atiku Abubakar
by Hassan Muaz · The Eagle OnlineA former Vice President of Nigeria, Atiku Abubakar, has revealed how the late elder statesman, Chief Edwin Clark, can be immortalised.
He said this on Friday when he led a delegation to the residence of the deceased statesman in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
The delegation, which included the former Kaduna State governor, Mallam Nasir el-Rufai and former Governor of Adamawa State, Bindow Jibrilla, was received by Pen Clark, on behalf of the family.

Abubakar in a short remark during the visit said: “The best way to truly immortalise the late foremost nationalist and statesman, Chief Edwin Clark, is to pursue a deliberate agenda of unity and inclusiveness in Nigeria.”
Similarly, Mallam el-Rufai enjoined the family of the late Clark to take a cue from his legacy “by making sure that his struggle for a united Nigeria is sustained”.
