Urker was discovered by a family member in Raceland, with the Lafourche Parish Sheriff’s Office confirming that deputies were called to the residence at about 6:15 p.m. and found him dead upon arrival.
According to reports, Blanchard had sent him a birthday message but received no response. He was later found by her brother, Dylan, and his wife.
Urker’s sister, Autumn, also confirmed his death during a TikTok livestream that evening, revealing that his last words to her were, “I love you.”
Urker and Blanchard shared a daughter, Aurora Raina Urker, born in December 2024. Their relationship began while Blanchard was serving a prison sentence for the murder of her mother, Dee Dee Blanchard.
Urker proposed in October 2018, but they later called off their engagement before reuniting in August 2019.
They eventually separated for several years, during which Blanchard married Ryan Anderson. She announced their separation four months after her release from prison in December 2023.
The couple reconciled in April 2024. Urker previously told PEOPLE that their reunion began with a visit that turned into a weekend together.
“The very first weekend of April [2024] is when I came to visit her for the first time after she had gotten out. We spent that weekend together and had an incredible time,” he recalled.
