Baltasar Engonga is said to be a government official in Equatorial Guinea who is battling a sex scandal in the country.
He has since October been battling with the scandal that has led to his arrest.
Reports are rife that the recorded escapades were found in his office after a search.
Among the people he has slept with are the wife of the Director General of Police, 20 wives of ministers, his brother’s wife, and his cousin, among others.
What’s even worrying is the fact that he had sex close to the national flag, something the executive sees as disrespectful.
Reports by The Punch indicate that he is 54 years old. This cannot easily be confirmed.
