Caught on CCTV: Moment when four-storey building collapsed in Delhi

CCTV footage has surfaced of the moment the four-storey building collapsed in northeast Delhi, killing at least 4 people. The building collapse occurred around 3:02 am in northeast Delhi's Mustafabad area. Police confirmed that at least 14 people have been rescued and shifted to GTB Hospital for treatment.
