Visuals of the incident showed the shooter calmly approaching Badal, who was seated in a wheelchair due to a fractured leg, and pulling a gun from his pocket. A plain lothes police officer stationed near Badal quickly intervened, grabbing the attacker’s hands. Amid the commotion, a bullet struck the wall behind Badal, leaving him unharmed.

The attacker was swiftly subdued by bystanders and handed over to the police.
