Class 12 student detained in connection with bomb threats sent to Delhi schools

Delhi Police have detained a Class 12 student for sending bomb threat emails to at least 23 schools in the national capital, all of which were later confirmed as hoaxes. Investigations revealed the student issued the threats to avoid school exams. South Delhi Police are questioning the minor for further details.

"During interrogation, he admitted that he had sent threat emails earlier as well," senior South Delhi police officer Ankit Chauhan told ANI.
