First visuals of Gurugram hit-and-run accused Kalyan Bainsla in police custody

The first visuals show Gurugram hit-and-run accused Kalyan Bainsla being taken into police custody in Rajasthan’s Dausa following his arrest. Bainsla, a gym trainer, is in the spotlight, after his car chased and rammed a woman biker, Sia, in Gurugram.

Meanwhile, police also took another accused, Lavneesh, into custody. Visuals showed him covering his face with hands as police officers took him to a car, and reporters pressing him to answer questions. The police are yet to ascertain Lavneesh’s role in the case.

According to Sia, Bainsla’s car followed her and appeared to have intoxicated occupants. After she asked them to maintain a safe distance, the car accelerated towards her and rammed her bike from the side, throwing her off and leaving her skidding several metres along the road.
