Lohagad Murder Case: Pune Police Arrest Classmate Named Co-Accused In Murder Plot

Pune Rural Police have arrested a classmate of prime accused Chetan Chaudhary in connection with the Chetan Agarwal murder case at Lohagad Fort. Named as a co-accused, the suspect has been remanded in police custody until 12 September. According to police sources, Chaudhary and his girlfriend Siya Goyal discussed the murder plan and its execution with the classmate prior to the crime on 18 June. Although he declined requests to accompany them to Lohagad, police suspect he had prior knowledge of the conspiracy. Traced through Chaudhary's phone records and electronic chats, the accused, originally from Beed district and working in Balewadi, is being questioned regarding his involvement in the conspiracy.
