Haryana man murdered in US after objecting to public urination

26-year-old Kapil from Barah Kala, Jind, Haryana, was fatally shot in California after objecting to a man urinating in public. Sent to the US in 2022 via the illegal and dangerous Dunki route, Kapil worked as a security guard to support his family.

Police are investigating the incident, and the perpetrator is yet to be arrested.
