Three die in British navy helicopter crash

LONDON – Three members of Britain’s navy died in a helicopter crash in south-west England on June 3, the Ministry of Defence said in a statement.

They died during a training exercise just before 4am near Sourton village, in the county of Devon.

“Our thoughts and sympathies are with their families and friends at this sad time,” a spokesperson said, without specifying the cause of the crash. AFP
