4 critical after firecracker explosion in Andhra Pradesh, seed details here

Kakinada: In a tragic incident in Kakinada district of Andhra Pradesh as many as four people have been critically injured as firecrackers burst all of a sudden.

According to reports, the incident took place in Kakinada District at the office of a private transporter. The crackers burst unintentionally and led to the injury of four workers.

According to the SP of Kakinada Bindu Madhav, an explosion took place this morning at a Transporters office when workers were unloading the parcels containing firecrackers.

As many as four workers suffered injuries in the incident, official sources confirmed. Police have launched an investigation into the incident. The injured individuals have been shifted to Kakinada Government General Hospital for treatment.

Recently on February 7, an explosion occured at an illegal firecracker manufacturing unit in Rathtala at Kalyani in West Bengal. Police investigation was initiated, said reports.

It is worth mentioning that, five people have been killed in which there are four women and one child. Further investigation is underway in this regard. Detailed information awaited on the explosion in West Bengal.
