Pakistan forces open fire across LOC, Indian forces retaliate

New Delhi: Small arms firing at some places on the Line of Control were initiated by the Pakistan army yesterday. Indian army has retaliated. While no casualties have been reported so far, further details are yet to be ascertained, said Indian Army.

This action of Pakistan army happened after India took 8 big actions on Pakistan following the deadly Pahalgam terror attack of Tuesday in which 26 people were killed and 17 were injured in the attack.

The firing was initiated by Pakistan Army. In response, the Indian army took quick action to control the situation. There were no injuries or casualties reported from the Indian side.

This incident is said to have happened in the wake of actions that India took against Pakistan during the meeting of the Cabinet Committee on Security (CSS).
