Threatening emails and bomb threat sent to Ram Mandir and 10-15 districts of UP

Ayodhya: There has been a threat to blow up the Ram temple in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh. This threat has been sent to the Ram Mandir Trust via e-mail, following which security has been beefed up in the area.
According to reports, in addition to this the District Magistrates in 10-15 districts of Uttar Pradesh have received threats on their official e-mails. In this mail, it was written that a plan has been made to blow up their offices with a bomb.
This mail was sent in English language by an unknown person from Tamil Nadu, police sources later said. Bomb squads, dog squads and local police teams have been deployed in the 10 to 15 districts following the threat.
In an era where bomb threats have become common, the Thiruvananthapuram’s Collectorate received a bomb threat via email. According to reports, the bomb squad was immediately called upon and started an investigation at the spot. The Thiruvananthapuram District collector confirmed the news on March 18.
It is further worth mentioning that, the Pathanamthitta Collectorate also received a bomb threat today, but nothing was found in the search. This was confirmed by the Pathanamthitta Collectorate.
Earlier in February, a man from Chembur in Maharashtra had been arrested for giving a bomb threat to PM Modi’s flight said reports on Wednesday. According to reports, the man had sent a threat to the Mumbai Police Control room on February 11.
The police successfully traced back the call to a man in Chembur and managed to nab the accused. The bomb threat was given to the PM Modi’s flight ahead of his trip to France and USA.
