Attack at Amritsar's Golden Temple leaves 5 injured

The incident occurred near the community kitchen in the Guru Ram Das inn, one of the oldest accommodations for pilgrims visiting the revered site.
Among the injured, a Sikh youth from Bathinda remains in critical condition and is undergoing treatment in the emergency wing of the Sri Guru Ram Das Institute of Medical Sciences & Research. Police have arrested the attacker along with an alleged accomplice who is believed to have conducted reconnaissance ahead of the assault. The motive behind the attack is under investigation, with security tightened around the Golden Temple complex in response to the incident.
