As of Wednesday evening, May 13, the ICC website listed Dela Rosa among 33 defendants classified as “at large.”
His profile on the ICC website lists his full name — Ronald Marapon Dela Rosa — as well as his date and place of birth.
Dela Rosa is a "[police] officer who held various positions in the Philippine National Police (PNP) in the Davao region, the position of Chief of the PNP and the position of Director General of the Bureau of Corrections, during the relevant time period," the ICC website stated.
"Arrest warrant issued as secret on 6 November 2025 ; unsealed on 11 May 2026," Dela Rosa's profile read.
The ICC earlier confirmed the arrest warrant against Dela Rosa had originally been issued under seal on Nov. 6, 2025 before being unsealed this week.
Dela Rosa, chief implementer of former president Rodrigo Duterte’s war on drugs, is accused by prosecutors of crimes against humanity involving killings committed between July 2016 and April 2018.
Duterte has been in custody in The Hague since being arrested in March 2025 and is now awaiting trial.
