Police release CCTV of man after attack outside Glasgow gym

Police have released CCTV images following an attack outside a gym in Glasgow.

Officers launched a probe after the assault happened on Hope Street in the city centre on Wednesday, November 15, 2023. Over a year after the incident cops are continuing to make enquiries and they would like to speak to the man pictured.

He is described as being between 18-20 years old, of slim build with black curly hair. He was wearing a blue padded jacket and black trousers.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “I would urge the male pictured or anyone who may recognise him or has information about this incident, to contact us as soon as possible”.

Anyone who can assist is asked to contact Police Scotland via 101, quoting incident number 2796 of November 16, 2023. Alternatively, you can contact Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 where information can be given anonymously.
