'Bullying and taunting': State of the Union address was 'classic Trump'

There was little to help unify a divided US political landscape in Donald Trump's State of the Union address Tuesday night, says former US diplomate William Lawrence, with the US president instead "taunting and bullying" his political enemies during the speech.
