Jawan From Bijapur Reserve Guard Killed During Shootout With Naxals In Chhattisgarh

Chhattisgarh Naxal Encounter: A jawan of the Bijapur District Reserve Guard (DRG) was killed during a shootout with Naxals in the forest area along the Bijapur-Dantewada border under the Gangaloor police station limits. Two Naxals were also killed and their bodies have been retrieved, said the Bijapur police. Weapons and ammunition have been recovered from the deceased Naxals. The search operation to hunt down Naxals is going on.
