by Northlines · NorthlinesSRINAGAR, July 3: The State Investigation Agency (SIA) Kashmir conducted search operations at the residences of two suspects in Bijbehara, Anantnag, on Wednesday in connection with the killing of a migrant labourer in April 2024.
The raids are part of an ongoing probe into the murder of Raja Sah, who was brutally killed on April 17, 2024. According to an official statement, the searches aimed to uncover key evidence to expose the conspiracy and identify those involved in the act.
Authorities said the operations led to the recovery of significant evidence that could strengthen the case and help dismantle the terror module responsible for the attack.
“These efforts are vital in identifying and apprehending co-conspirators and supporters of the accused, ensuring a thorough investigation into the killing and associated unlawful activities,” the SIA said.
The agency emphasized that the searches are a critical step toward bringing all those involved to justice.
