‘Resounding Victory’ – Malami hails Supreme Court ruling on ADC leadership

Former Attorney-General of the Federation, Abubakar Malami, has described the Supreme Court judgment affirming Senator David Mark as leader of the African Democratic Congress, ADC, as a “resounding victory” and a reaffirmation of justice, order, and democratic principles within the party.

In a statement issued on his official Facebook page, Malami congratulated the leadership of Senator David Mark and members of the party, saying the ruling represents a landmark moment that highlights the triumph of truth, patience, and lawful perseverance.

He said the judgment should serve as a unifying moment for all stakeholders in the party, urging members of the ADC to strengthen internal cohesion and build a stronger political structure.

According to him, “This resounding victory at the Supreme Court is not just a legal triumph; it is a bold reaffirmation of justice, order, and the true spirit of democracy within the African Democratic Congress family.

“I congratulate the leadership of Senator David Mark and all loyal members of our great party for standing firm in the face of adversity.
