Water level in Papanasam dam stands at 111.40 feet

Water level in Papanasam dam on Monday stood at 111.40 feet (maximum permissible level 143 feet). The dam had an inflow of 1,517 cusecs and 400 cusecs of water was discharged. The level in Manimuthar dam stood at 1,00.45 feet (118 feet). The dam had an inflow of 1,000.28 cusecs and 430 cusecs of water was discharged.
