7 Emmerdale spoilers as Tom King caught and Eric Pollard reveals shocking secret

Emmerdale viewers are in for a treat as next week's episodes promise a whirlwind of drama.

Tom King is set to hatch another devious scheme involving his ex, Belle Dingle, which spectacularly backfires. Meanwhile, Ella Forster contemplates leaving the village after her break up with Liam Cavanagh.

Amelia attempts to convince Nicola

Tom tries to persuade Nicola to trust him, but she is irate when Jimmy sides with Tom. In an attempt to win over Amelia, Tom pretends to pray in the church, reports Leeds Live.

Amelia warms up to him and agrees to talk to Nicola about her boyfriend after Tom suggests he wants them to get engaged someday. However, when Tom and Amelia approach Nicola at the cafe, she remains sceptical of their united front.'

Tom's latest wicked scheme

Later on, Tom proposes the idea of relocating with Amelia just as Sam walks in. Shocked by what he overhears, Sam is left dissatisfied when he visits the police station only to be told they can't take any further action against Tom.

The following day, Belle is distressed by the lack of progress in the investigation into Tom. As she goes upstairs to run a bath, Tom sneaks in through the back door.

Unnoticed, he quietly steals one of Belle's tops before making his exit. Belle is frightened when she encounters Tom, who taunts her.

Justice eventually catches up with Tom

Belle is shocked to see Amelia wearing what she believes is her stolen top. Leyla and Amelia are taken aback by the accusation and become flustered. Belle leaves in a state of panic.

Back at home, Amelia is left bewildered when an irate Tom berates her for her accusations. As he forcefully escorts her out of the house, he is spotted by Jimmy and DS Foy, who has arrived to take him to the station for questioning.

Tom attempts to outsmart those around him but soon finds himself facing justice.

Liam delivers shocking news to Chas

Manpreet is worried for her friend when she discovers that Ella is planning to leave the village. Chas feels guilty as she overhears Ella and Manpreet discussing Ella's living situation in the Woolpack. Ella is left puzzled when Manpreet announces that she has come up with a plan.

Liam pays Chas a secret visit in the Backroom after learning of Ella's plan to leave. Chas is taken aback when Liam confesses his love for her.

Ella begins to grow suspicious

Liam is secretly disappointed when he learns that Ella and Manpreet are moving into Dale Head together instead of Ella leaving the village.

Chas bumps into Liam and asks him to slow down their relationship, before confessing her love for him. Ella grows suspicious after overhearing their intense conversation. How long will it take her to figure out what's happening?

Eric's secret

Meanwhile, at his and Brenda's engagement party, Eric reveals a big secret. During his speech, he announces a honeymoon cruise, leaving Brenda ecstatic. As the party continues, Rodney wonders where Pollard got his sudden wealth from. Despite Pollard's evasive behaviour, he suddenly panics and leaves, with a suspicious Leyla trailing behind.

Leyla is shocked when she follows him home and Pollard makes a startling confession.

Village is rocked by a cancer diagnosis

Ruby pleads with Steph for another chance. Anthony returns and shocks Steph with the news that he has cancer.

Moved by Anthony's diagnosis, Steph offers her support, hoping it might help repair the strained relationship between him and Ruby.
