by Tim Hanlon · The MirrorDonald Trump says he doesn't know if Iran's new Supreme Leader is "dead or not".
Mojtaba Khamenei issued his first statement last Thursday after replacing his father who was killed in US-Israeli air strikes which started the Middle East conflict, but he has still not been seen or heard from.
“Some people are saying he’s badly disfigured. They’re saying he lost his leg, one leg, and he’s been hurt very badly. Other people are saying he’s dead - nobody is saying he’s 100 per cent healthy. He hasn’t spoken," said Trump at the White House.
“Because the ayatollah would sit and he’d spew hate from a form of a throne. Not a nice throne - I like the English throne much better. But he’d spew hate from his chair. But you’d see him a lot.
"But this one we haven’t seen at all. We don’t know if he’s dead or not. Nobody has seen him, which is unusual.”
