In maps: Six days of strikes across the Middle East
Israel's military says it has carried out further attacks on Iran, targeting what it said were facilities connected to the security forces, command centres and weapons sites as the US-Israeli war with Iran entered a sixth day.
Verified footage also showed smoke coming from the Azadi stadium complex in western Tehran, which Iranian state media said had been "destroyed" in an apparent US-Israeli strike.
The Israel Defense Forces said it had also carried out strikes on Thursday targeting the Iran-backed Hezbollah group's stronghold in the south of the Lebanese capital, Beirut.
Across the Gulf, the United Arab Emirates and Qatar both reported coming under missile and drone attack on Thursday.
The US-based Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA) says 1,114 civilians have been reported killed in Iran since 28 February. Six American military personnel have been killed since the conflict began, according to the US Central Command.
Where in Iran has been hit by US and Israeli strikes?
The Israeli military carried out extensive joint strikes with the US on Saturday, destroying air defences in western and central Iran and the capital Tehran. The former Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei was killed in Tehran during the first wave of strikes.
There have been sustained strikes in the country since the military action began over the weekend. BBC Verify has so far confirmed visual evidence of strikes on more than 20 locations in Tehran and attacks in 30 other cities and towns across Iran.
In Minab, in the south of Iran, at least 168 people including children were killed at a girls' school when it was hit by three missiles on Saturday, Iranian state media reported. The BBC has not been able to independently verify this.
The Israeli military said on Thursday it had carried out a "12th wave of strikes" against Iranian sites including those of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps, internal security forces and Basji organisation. It also said it had attacked a missile launcher in Qom and an air defence system in Isfahan.
Satellite imagery reviewed by BBC Verify shows at least 11 Iranian naval vessels have been damaged or destroyed by US and Israeli strikes on the Konarak and Bandar Abbas naval bases since the war began. Other satellite imagery has revealed damage to at least three Iranian missile sites and the nuclear facility at Natanz.
Israel has expanded operations into Lebanon, where it is targeting Hezbollah, the militant group that has long been backed by Iran. Operations have focused on strongholds in the southern suburbs of Beirut and areas close to the city's airport, as well as sites in southern Lebanon.
The Israel Defense Forces issued further evacuation orders for southern Beirut on Thursday, telling residents to leave their homes immediately. Traffic jams formed as people attempted to get away from the capital's southern suburbs.
Israel began carrying out strikes in Lebanon after Hezbollah launched missiles at the country earlier in the week.
At least nine people were killed and 27 injured in a missile strike on the Israeli city of Beit Shemesh on Sunday, emergency services said.
Iranian strikes across the Middle East
Iran has retaliated with strikes on Israel as well as US bases in the Middle East, and has been blamed for air attacks on Gulf states.
Iran said on Thursday it had struck a tanker off the coast of Kuwait, although this has not been independently confirmed.
Officials in the United Arab Emirates said six ballistic missiles and 131 drones had been launched at the country earlier on Thursday. The defence ministry added all but one of the missiles had been intercepted. Three people have been killed in the UAE since Sunday, officials said.
The government of Bahrain said 75 missiles and 123 drones had been destroyed since Iran began targeting the country at the weekend.
Iran has also targeted the headquarters of Iranian Kurdish forces which are based in northern Iraq. The White House has denied reports the US is considering arming them to fight against Iran.
Six US soldiers were killed after a drone "evaded air defences" and hit a command centre at Port Shuaiba in Kuwait on Sunday, US Central Command has confirmed.

- In Saudi Arabia, two drones hit the US embassy in the capital Riyadh and caused a "limited fire", the Saudi defence ministry said on Tuesday
- Three drones were reportedly downed on Monday over Irbil airport, northern Iraq, which hosts US-led coalition troops
- Kuwait's health ministry reported one death on Sunday
- Three US fighter jets were shot down in an "apparent friendly fire incident" over Kuwait on Sunday. Six crew ejected safely
- Oman's state news agency reported on Sunday that Duqm commercial port had been targeted by two drones, injuring one worker
- Four people were wounded in an incident at Dubai International Airport on Saturday
Attacks in the Indian Ocean, Azerbaijan and Cyprus
Azerbaijan has accused Iran of launching drones that hit an airport and a site near a school injuring two people in the western territory of Nakhchivan near the Iranian border. Iran has denied the claim but Azerbaijan's President Ilham Aliyev has called for Tehran to be held "accountable".
US Defense Secretary Hegseth said on Wednesday a US submarine sank "an Iranian warship that thought it was safe in international waters".
The Iris Dena, which was thought to have around 130 people on board, was hit by a torpedo in the Indian Ocean off Sri Lanka. Eighty-seven sailors were killed, Sri Lankan officials said, while 32 were being treated for minor injuries.
The UK has said it is deploying a Royal Navy warship to Cyprus after an Iranian drone crashed into the RAF base at Akrotiri on Sunday. Two more drones were intercepted on Monday, the Cypriot government said.
A French warship is now in position off Cyprus while Spain has said it will deploy a frigate to the area.
