April 3 (UPI) -- Vanessa Trump reaffirmed her love for boyfriend Tiger Woods on Friday on Instagram following his rollover crash and arrest, which led to a DUI charge.

Trump posted a photo of herself lying in a hammock alongside Woods on the social media platform. She wrote "I love you" in the caption for the Instagram story.

Woods, who was involved in a rollover crash, was arrested and released Friday from a Stuart, Fla. jail, announced Tuesday that he would "step away" from golf and seek treatment.

The 15-time major champion faces charges of driving under the influence with property damage and refusal to submit a lawful test. On Tuesday, he pleaded not guilty and asked for a jury trial. He has a docket hearing May 5.

A Martin County, Fla., circuit judge later granted a request for Woods to travel outside the United States to enter into "comprehensive inpatient treatment," court records show.

Woods' attorney, Douglas Duncan, wrote in his motion to travel that his client had an "urgent need for a level of care that cannot safely or effectively be done within the United States as his privacy has been repeatedly compromised."

The motion also stated that "ongoing medical scrutiny and public exposure create significant barriers to his care and would result in setbacks and an inability to fully engage in treatment."

Flight tracking services showed that his plane landed Wednesday in Zurich, Switzerland.

Woods, 50, and Trump, 48, confirmed their relationship last year on social media. Trump also attended the TGL Finals, where Woods ended his 13-month hiatus from competitive golf, on March 24 in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla.

Trump and her former husband, Donald Trump Jr., married in 2005 and divorced in 2018. They have five children. Woods has two children with his ex‑wife, Elin Nordegren, whom he married in 2004. They divorced in 2010.

Woods also maintains a relationship with President Donald Trump, whom he claimed to have called after his rollover crash Friday in Jupiter Island, Fla., according to body camera footage released by the Martin County Sheriff's Office.

Trump, who awarded Woods with the Presidential Medal of Freedom in 2019, told reporters Friday that he considered Woods "a very close friend."

"I feel so badly," Trump said after the crash. "He's got some difficulty. There was an accident, and that's all I know. A very close friend of mine. He's an amazing person, an amazing man. But, some difficulty."
