Judge intends to declare mistrial in Lindsay Clancy case, first allows defense to seek emergency stay

The judge has said he intends to declare a mistrial in the Lindsay Clancy case, a day after the jury’s foreperson said that a single juror wouldn’t follow the court’s instructions about reasonable doubt. But he also gave the defense one hour to seek an emergency stay.
