Media personality, Kevin Taylor has once again taken a swipe at former vice president, Dr. Bawumia following the latter’s appearance in the flooding areas.

Speaking during the recent episode of his “With All Due Respect” show, Kevin Taylor stated that the personality of the former vice president and flagbearer of the NPP is that of a comedian.

He noted that, as a former vice president, there should be seriousness in his appearance, and, wherever he finds himself, people should be respecting him, and not the vice versa.

He said that “Leadership is as much about perception as it is about policy. Every public appearance matters because people are constantly reading your body language, facial expressions, and how you respond when situations demand seriousness”.

Comparing Dr. Bawumia to President Mahama, Kevin Taylor said “Now let’s come home and look at President Mahama. Love him or hate him, he carries himself like a Head of State, someone whose presence alone commands attention and whose directives are taken seriously.”

Speaking about the personality of Dr. Bawumia, Kevin Taylor noted that “Even as a former Vice President for eight uninterrupted years, everything about his public image feels more like a comedy show than presidential leadership. Too often, his appearances seem aimed at entertaining those around him instead of reassuring the wider public and commanding respect.”

He added that “Politics is not comedy. A country facing difficult times isn’t looking for a comedian or a showman. People are looking for someone whose presence alone inspires confidence that a serious leader is in charge.”
