Another woman found dead after suspected foul play; One arrested in Beek en Donk

A dead body of a woman was discovered in a house in Beek en Donk, Noord-Brabant, at 2:00 a.m. on Saturday. Police suspect foul play, and one person has been arrested.

The news comes around a day after it was confirmed that the body found in the Amstel River along Amsteldijk belongs to another woman who died as a result of suspected foul play - Hajar. The woman was last seen on October 4 in Amsterdam-Zuid, when she cycled away with an unknown man towards the RAI convention center.

It is also not yet known exactly how the woman died in the latest case. Who the arrested person is also remains unclear.

Glass panes were shattered on the doors of the Beek en Donk home where the woman was found, NOS reports. Police said they are investigating.
