Ukrainian President Zelenskyy returns Tuesday to address Dutch Parliament, meet King

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is scheduled to speak again to the Tweede Kamer on Tuesday morning, marking his fourth address to the Dutch legislature.

Zelenskyy will meet for lunch at the Catshuis with caretaker Prime Minister Dick Schoof and later visit King Willem-Alexander.

Between meetings, he will attend a conference in The Hague focused on compensation for Ukraine related to the impacts of Russian aggression.

Zelenskyy first addressed Dutch lawmakers via video link on March 31, 2022, shortly after Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. He spoke to both chambers of the States General in the Senate building on May 4, 2023.

His most recent address took place in June 2025 in the Tweede Kamer during the NATO summit in The Hague.
