Quick-thinking call handler, Pippa Harvey, has been praised after a woman fearing for her safety was able to communicate with officers after dialling 999 'to order a pizza'. 

The call handler quickly understood the woman on the line wasn't safe and spoke in code to get her help, telling her to answer "pepperoni or cheese" to get the help she needed.
