Myanmar President U Min Aung Hlaing, who is currently on an official visit to India, met with Indian President Smt. Droupadi Murmu at the reception hall of the Rashtrapati Bhavan (Presidential Palace) on the evening of June 1. The meeting took place at the Rashtrapati Bhavan during President U Min Aung Hlaing’s official visit to India, which is being made at the invitation of Indian Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi.

Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has reaffirmed India’s support for Myanmar’s sovereignty and territorial integrity during talks with Myanmar President U Min Aung Hlaing in New Delhi. According to a joint statement released during U Min Aung Hlaing’s official visit to India, the two leaders discussed regional and global issues, bilateral relations, security cooperation, trade, infrastructure and connectivity projects during their June 1 meeting.
