Supreme Court upholds order for stray dog removal, citing public safety and deficiencies in the Animal Birth Control implementation.

The Supreme Court will deliver its verdict in the stray dog management case on Tuesday. The ruling is expected to address public safety, animal welfare and implementation of the Animal Birth Control Rules.

The Court also rejected applications challenging the Standard Operating Procedure issued by the Animal Welfare Board of India.
