The FBI said a Wisconsin judge was arrested for obstructing an anti-immigration operation, agency director Kash Patel said. However, Patel's X post on the arrest was later deleted.

The arrest comes amid a growing feud between the Trump administration and the judiciary over the White House’s immigration enforcement policies.

April 25 (UPI) -- Federal authorities on Friday arrested a Milwaukee County Circuit Judge over allegations she helped an undocumented migrant evade capture.

Judge Hannah Dugan was arrested on suspicion that she “intentionally misdirected federal agents away from” an immigrant being pursued by the authorities, the F.B.I. director said.
