Former Senate President Bukola Saraki will challenge a Kwara High Court ruling that dismissed his objection to the court's jurisdiction in a criminal defamation and cyberbullying case filed by Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq.

Justice M.O. Folorunsho, in a ruling on Friday, held that the alleged offence is triable by the court, adding that, “this court is blessed with territorial jurisdiction to hear this case.”
