Keith Kellogg, who previously served as US President Donald Trump’s Special Envoy for Ukraine, has raised the possibility of reshaping existing security structures, including moving beyond NATO. Speaking in an interview on Fox News, he openly questioned the current alliance framework and suggested that alternative military partnerships could be formed.
