The Massachusetts woman charged with killing her three young children returned to the courthouse Tuesday after her first trial ended with a mistrial declared.

Clancy's attorney asked the judge for an acquittal, arguing there is no evidence that the 36-year-old former nurse killed her three young children after not disputing it at trial.
