An Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent shot and killed a man in the Chicago area Friday as officers attempted to detain him, the Department of Homeland Security and local officials said.

Fires at the victim after he drove his car at the officers; Dept of Homeland Security says officer used “appropriate force”.
