Feb. 16 (UPI) -- A Ukrainian anti-corruption law enforcement initiative on Monday announced it has detained former Energy Minister German Galushchenko as he was attempting to leave the country, authorities said.

Ukraine’s anti-corruption authorities have formally charged former energy minister Herman Halushchenko in what is described as the largest corruption case to emerge during President Volodymyr Zelensky’s time in office.
