Modi targets TMC government over Malda incident, promises accountability and justice in Bengal

Modi condemns gherao of judicial officers in Malda, calling it a sign of Trinamool's "maha jungle raj" and government failure.

"Democracy is bleeding every day on the sacred soil of Bengal under the ruthless TMC administration," the Prime Minister asserted.

The Prime Minister also criticised the Trinamool Congress over its manifesto, noting that it is being referred to as an “ishtehar.”

Addressing his first election rally in Cooch Behar district after the announcement of polls last month, PM Modi said the entire country had seen how judicial officers were held hostage in Malda.
