Benjamin Netanyahu has an arrest warrant against him by the International Criminal Court. While not all nations will act on the warrants, the threat of arrest looms over Netanyahu’s potential visits to the ICC’s 124 member states. 

The British government indicated on Friday that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu could be arrested on an International Criminal Court arrest warrant if he travelled to the UK.

The court is accusing them of war crimes and crimes against humanity over the war in Gaza and the October 7, 2023 attacks.
