100 stray dogs poisoned in Telangana, sarpanch booked
A Goutham, an animal welfare activist, told the local police that nearly 100 stray dogs were killed in Kishtapur village on the intervening night of March 7 and 8. The Sarpanch and the Gram Panchayat Secretary have been booked under relevant sections of BNS and Prevention of Cruelty of Animals Act.
