KYIV, July 3 - Rescuers sifted through rubble in a search for survivors in Kyiv on Friday as the Ukrainian capital observed a day of mourning, a day after a Russian missile and drone attack killed at least 30 people in the deadliest strike on the city this year. At least 17 people were killed and more than 80 injured, including children, in overnight Russian missile and drone attacks on Ukraine's capital, Kyiv, on July 2. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy had warned that Russia was preparing a massive strike.
