The pilot in the Air India plane crash was not to blame for the disaster, India’s top court has said.

The Supreme Court said no one blamed the chief pilot of the Air India plane crash and asked his father not to carry emotional burden.

A Bench of Justices Surya Kant and Joymalya Bagchi made the observation while hearing a plea filed by the pilot’s 91-year-old father, Pushkaraj Sabharwal, who has sought an independent judicial probe into the fatal crash
