Ukraine, Russia and US officials held talks in Abu Dhabi, the first time all three countries have met since Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine four years ago. 

"Cynically, Putin ordered a brutal massive missile strike against Ukraine right while delegations are meeting in Abu Dhabi to advance the America-led peace process," said Ukraine's foreign minister.

The UAE foreign ministry said that the talks were "part of ongoing efforts to promote dialogue and identify political solutions" to end the almost four-year-long war.

Ahead of today’s talks, which are set to continue tomorrow, Zelenskyy said territory remained the key issue.

At least one person was killed and at least 27 were injured in the strikes.
