David Vander Meer, the Las Vegas man accused of killing his wife at Zion National Park two decades ago, has died, a judge said Thursday.

Las Vegas school counselor David Vander Meer, who is accused of pushing his first wife to her death at Angels Landing in 2006, is set to appear in court Thursday.

The man charged this week with pushing his wife off Angel's Landing to her death in 2006 died this morning while in custody in Las Vegas.
