Lobi Stars suspend Technical Adviser over poor results
by The Eagle Online · The Eagle OnlineThe Interim Management Committee of Lobi Stars Football Club of Makurdi has suspended the club’s Technical Adviser, Abubakar Mohammed, over poor results.
This was announced in a statement by the Director of Media and Communications, Emmanuel Uja, on Monday in Makurdi.
Uja said that decision was taken at an emergency management meeting.
The Director of Media and Communication said that the committee cited poor performance as the reason for the suspension, having played six games and earned only seven points and placed sixth position out of eight clubs.

He said that the suspended technical adviser had been directed to hand over to the Chief Coach of the club, John Onuh, with immediate effect.
